384: 26-3-1754 Martje van Galen, wed Corn: M: Smit- dat sij t sedert den Jare 1745 door hoogjarigen ouderdom en swakheijt niet in staat is geweest nog ook thans niet en is om van haar selven de kost te winnen, veel min eenige Capitalen nog effecten except hun geringe inboel en huijsraad in de werelt te hebben waar van sij sig soude kunnen mainteneren, dog dat sij door getrouheijt en vigelantie van haar Zoon Aarjen Corn: Smit 't sedert den Jare 1745 ten enenmaal is en ook nog wort onderhouden, en welke ook door de Zegen van God soo verre is geavanceert dat hij in den Jare 1752 een nieuwe Lood schuijt heeft doen maken, waar mede hij thans voor sig selfs en voor de Comparante uijt liefde, de kost is winnende en derhalve geen gemeenschap van winst of verlies met haar meergenoemde Zoon Aarjen C. Smit te hebben ofte gehouden-
Waaromme sij tot voorkominge van alle verwijderinge en disputen verklaarde aan gemelde schuijt met sijn op en dependentie geen de minste regt of eijgendom te hebben, maar dat al het selve hun Zoon Aarjen Corn: Smit voor sijn prive is toebehorende en dus hunne verdere kinderen na hun overlijden daar aan of van niets kunnen praetenderen-
