Pieter Claes Kistemaker kocht in 1636 een tuin of erf voor f 250,-, waarop in de daaropvolgende jaren vijf woningen werden gebouwd. Dit was het meest zuidelijk van de vijf huizen. Het grensde aan de straat naar de Hollebol. Het huis wer eenmal in 1655 'de Maagd van Enkhuizen' genoemd. Het was belast met 11 stuivers en 14 penningen erfpacht ten bate van de buren van het Kleij.
1811 - kad De schoenmaker Dirk Kalf en zijn vrouw Baafje Smit kochten het huis en woonden hier met hun gezin.

Deze zesde wezenkamer stond tot de invoering van het kadaster overeind. Samen met de twee laatste kamers was deze in gebuik als landbouwschuur.
