Tot 1720 werd het een kamer of huisje genoemd. Later spreekt men altijd van een huis. Mogelijk is de woning vergroot of is er een nieuw huis op dezelfde plek gebouwd.
1707 - 1719 Voor f 370,- werden Paulus Alberts Kikkert en Pieter Cornelis Kock de nieuwe eigenaars. Zij wareb op twee manieren zwagers van elkaar: Paulus was getrouwd met Antje Cornelis Cock en Pieter mar Barber Alberts Kikkert.
