In de 18e eeuw was hier een bakkerij gevestigd. In de tweede helft van die eeuw hoorde er een boetje bij, waarin de waag gevestigd was.
Dit huis is aan het begin van de 19e eeuw gesloopt.
In 1812 woonden hier Martje Gerrits Kopjes, weduwe van Abel Pieters Smit, en de schoenmaker Pieter Lindgraab en zijn vrouw Antje Jacobs Smit.

Deze kamer en B2/b (kad. 231) hebben een gezamenlijke waterput.
