Ook van dit huis is het nummer niet geheel zeker. De gemeente kocht het erf in 1807 om er een nieuwe school op te laten bouwen.
1735 - 1773 Bijna veertig jaar lang was het in bezit van de bijschoolmeester Hendrik Abrams Plavier en zijn vrouw Vrouwtje Abrams [= Alberts, zie Texel, ng trouwboek; Den Burg 1624-1805]. Zijn inkomsten waren tamelijk gering, want in 1749 bedroeg zijn traktement f 92,- en verder kreeg hij nog circa f 48,- aan emolumenten.
De erfgenamen van Hendrik Abrams Plavier verkochten het huis voor f 90,- aan de zoon Abram Hendriks Plavier.
