Jan Kloet transporteert aan Klaas Arentsz Kuijper, wonende aldaar een "huijs, schuurt met 't droogvelt", gelegen aldaar, belend ten Oosten: Krelis Aalmersz ten Westen: Engel Fransz, ten Zuiden: Brandje Jaap en ten Noorden de Heerewegh.
Idem fol. 249 16 maart 1739:
Klaas Arentsz Kuiper transporteert aan Louris Gerritsz Knijn, beijden wonende tot Egmond aan Zee de helft van een bokkenhang, waarvan de andere helft hem in eigendom is toebehorende. De bokkenhang is belast met een jaarlijkse erfpacht van 10 stuyvers, toekomende de heer van Egmond.
Op 14 augustus 1741 heeft het echtpaar Klaas Arentsz Kuyper en Marijtje Gerrits een dochter Geertje laten dopen.
