1731-02-27/ Verpondingsquohier Egmond aan Zee nr. 47 Achterstraat: Claas Aalbertsz, taxatie huurwaarde ƒ 14,- (was ƒ 2:8:0).

1740-08-30/ 2069-30: Contract tot het opknappen van huis noordzijde Hereweg van Klaas Aalbertsen dorpswaker te Egmond aan Zee, nachtwaker der visschuyten en zijn huisvrouw Neeltje Ariens, dat onbewoonbaar caduk is en gerepareerd zal worden door Jan Heertjens, baas timmerman te Egmond op de Hoef; te betalen uit de inkomsten van Klaas als waker nadat de recognitie van ƒ 25,- die hij aan de president burgemeester moet betalen is afgetrokken.
