Historisch Kadaster van Egmond aan Zee:

V48 Huis en erf.
Belending oost V49 en V50, zuid de Hereweg of Noorderstraat, west V41 en V47, noord de Noorderachterstraat (tegenover V4).

1763-07-17/ 2065 fol.303 : Kwijtschelding van huis op de werf aan de noordzijde van de Noorderstraat, door schout en schepenen na vrijwillige overgave door Harmen Joosten verkocht bij veiling van 19 juni aan schout Jan Molenbeek; betaald met f 15,-.

Niet lang hierna is het huis verdwenen.
