De put was gemeenschapppelijk mmet de andere kamer B126 (kad 324). In 1803 werd deze kamer in de notulen van de municipaliteit beschreven als 'een kamer met een afdak en gedekt door een wolvedak'. Tegenwoordig zouden we het een wolfsdak noemen.
1803 - 1803 Remmert Schaap deed goede zaken door de kamer voor f 110,- te kopen en spoedig daarna voor f 125.- te verkopen.

B100 Huis en erf Gasthuisstraat.
Dit huis was belast met anderhalve lopen abtskoren.
1805 - 1819 Aafje Reijers Bakker en haar oom Cornelis Simons Bakker verkochten het huis voor f 475,- aan Remmert Schaap.
Op 15-08-1792 beviel de ongehuwde Martje Willems Lover in Oudeschild van een zoontje Remmert. Ze overleed tijdens de bevalling en verklaard op haar sterfbed dat Remmert Schaap de vader van dit kind was. Haar zus Pietertje Willems Lover nam het jongetje in huis. Remmert Schaap was in augustus 1792 overigens niet op het eiland aanwezig; hij voer namelijk als zeeman.
Remmert trouwde in 1805 met de weduwe Helena Schiercke.
