Au XVe siècle, la terre du Repas (et son château ou manoir?) appartient à la famille "le VERRIER" (vers 1450, Michel le VERRIER est dit "Seigneur du Repas, de Crèvecoeur et du Champ-de-la-Pierre", selon la généalogie de thleconte sur Généanet ).

En 1550, dame Philippe de Craon -veuve de Guillaume le Verrier- cède le château du Repas à son beau-frère Samson Sallet.
