--Oom Ferdi alias Peng was voor de japanse oorlog kolonist in het voormalig Nederlads Nieuw Guinea te Manokwarie en bezat een perseel van ca 10 HA grond. Zijn naaste buren waren de H.H. Werdmuller von Ellgg en een zekere Bart., waarvan laatstgenoemde in de "bersiap-periode" met de Fam.Fredriksz werd vermoord. Dit heb ik uit een brief van Oom Guus, gericht aan het Hoofd bestuur te Manokwari/NNG. Geen antwoord. .Zijn er nog mensen die zich iets over dit gezin kan herrinneren?---
