Harm Berens, op 4-11-1840 geboren in Hebelermeer, trouwde, Wesuwe 27-701869, met Maria Gesina Schleper, ook in Hebelermeer geboren, op 7-11-1842.
De vader van Berens kwam van Hntel (Wesuwe). Deze familie had de huisnaam Douzen.
Hun eerste kind werd hier op 22-7-1870 geboren. Ze hebben aan de Schoolweg gewoond op plaats 32. Maria Gesina Schleper overleed hier op 6-2-1905.
Harm Berens hertrouwde op 26-4-1906 te Emmen met Anna Maria Kollmer, toen weduwe Vedder, eerder wed. Brokmann (78, pagina 91). Harm Berens is op 13-3-1922 gestorven, Anna Maria Kollmer op 17-8-1923.

They got married on November 12, 1897 at Emmen, she was 22 years old.
