Volgens het huwelijkcontract van 1 mei 1742 te Veele neemt de bruid haar bruidegom op in haar behuizing te Veele.

Erve "Broers I" werd op 30 september 1724 met hof, tuin, drie akkers bouwland voor 491 Carolus Guldens door Reijnt Jans ter Maars gekocht van Folckert Engelberts tot Hoorn.
Op 9 oktober 1756 gaat bij executoriale verkoping het bezit over naar Albert Claassen en Grietje Berents.
Het huis met hof en tuin wordt daarna door Geert Hindricks gehuurd.
Het huis en tuin wordt in december 1757 verder verkocht aan Folkert Harms, die het enkele dagen later doorverkoopt aan Harm Jans Timmerman, waardoor het erve uit ons gezichtsveld verdwijnt.

Hidde Reijnts tr. eerder 1 januari 1730 te Vlagtwedde met Wessel Alberts, ged. 29 mrt 1686 te Onstwedde, overl. omstreeks 1740 te Veele, zn. van Albert Wessels Wever en Alcke Egberts.

Hidde Reijnts ter Maars erfde het Erve Broers I te Veele.
Volgens het huwelijkcontract van 1 mei 1742 te Veele neemt de bruid haar bruidegom op in haar behuizing te Veele.
