Janwillem Sandkjer schrijft: In de verbalen van verbeterhuizen wordt vermeld dat Anthony Isaac Cassa in 1732 wordt opgesloten in het verbeterhuis[45] "De Drie Taarlingen" in Delft. De reden voor de opname is niet duidelijk. Er zijn twee mogelijkheden om uit deze verbetertehuizen te komen: of op verzoek van de naaste familie of door naar Indië te gaan. Anthony Isaac blijkt te kiezen voor Indië. Hij vertrekt op 2-2-1734 naar Indië en wordt daar procureur. Vanaf 19-1-1741 is hij secretaris van de schepenbank te Batavia. In 1745 wordt hij oppercoopman. Hij repatrieert in 1746. Voor een verslag van Anthony Isaac in het verbeterhuis zie verder.
