Notes about Henri Johan Marinus Jacobus "Harry (Enrique)" Lankhorst (Doll)

Enrique werd door de weduwe van zijn broer Frederico in een brief van 7 januari 1918 als vermist opgegeven. De brief was gericht aan schoonmoeder Henriette de Bock in Nederland. Het vermoeden was dat Enrique was overleden. Maar bijna een eeuw later is na DNA-onderzoek vast komen te staan dat Enrique naar Bolivia is vertrokken en daar zijn vrouw heeft leren kennen. Omdat zij minderjarig was, is het stel naar Chili vertrokken en hij heeft daar de naam Doll aangenomen, waarschijnljk omdat ze hem dan niet konden vinden. Hun (buitenechtelijke kinderen) werden in 1944 erkend.
