De verhoogde legitieme portie voor de tien kinderen uit dit huwelijk (ditmaal duidelijk vermeld: Marinus van Geest 17 jaar, Maartje van Geest 15 jaar, Maria van Geest 14 jaar, Arend van Geest 12 jaar, Louwrensje van Geest 11 jaar, Jannetje van Geest 9 jaar, Trijntje van Geest 7 jaar, Lourens van Geest 6 jaar, Pieter van Geest 3 jaar en Cornelis van Geest, oud omtrent 2 jaar) wordt vastgesteld en er wordt, i.v.m. het voorgenomen tweede huwelijk van Cornelis een staat en inventaris van alle bezittingen op dat moment opgemaakt.
