ONA Rotterdam 7-10-1653: Pieter Krijnen Muijs, varendeman, machtigt Joanes Griemes, clercq ter secretarije, om wegens het lenen van geld een schuldrentebrief te verlijden van 158 gulden ten behoeve van Adriana van Aller, minderjarige dochter van Jan van Aller, notaris en procureur, en Florentina van der Laen, die beiden overleden zijn. Ter verzekering stelt hij zijn huis en erf aan de oostzijde van de Molesteegh, genaamd de Maegt van Dordregt, belend door Aeuwout Rosendaal ten zuiden en beddekoper Heijnderik van Duijre ten noorden en aan de achterkant. N.B. De akte is doorgehaald.
