    Dirk Evert Gravé voor hemzelf als voor zijn broer Otto Elias Gravé (volgens procuratie van 3-2-1774 voor de Raad en des Konings van Vrankrijk en Notarissen van 't Chatelet, Nau en Javrij), Jufvrouw Catharina Gravé, Jufvrouw Hanna Gravé en Jufvrouw Rebecca Gravé (de jufvrouwen alle meerderjarig en ongehuwd) zijn de nagelaten kinderen en erfgenamen van hun ouders en echtpaar Evert Gravé en Anna Vorkenbeek. In het testament van 20-11-1770 hadden Evert en Anna bepaald dat de winkel met alle toebehoren als alle winkelwaren, goederen en gereedschappen, meubelen, huissieraden en gehele inboedel niet zou worden verkocht maar door hun dochters zou worden overgenomen.
    Eerst is hun moeder en vervolgens hun vader overleden. Samen hebben zij de boedel gewaardeerd op 2.240 gld na aftrek van schulden en begrafeniskosten. De broers ontvangen elk 448,- gulden van hun zussen.
    Catharine tekent met Catrieniena Gravé, de overigen tekenen met de achternaam Grave.
