Wilks hofstede en genaamd Stenties hofstede te Herwen. Peeter Jonckhaus en Leonardus Blij zijn erfpachter.

Onderpand op hun hofstede, waar zij tegenwoordig wonen, genaamd Steentjens Hofstede, groot een mergen, vier hond, betaande uit huis, schuur, hof, boomgaard en tabaksland te Herwen.
