    SA Swalmen 29-11-1757: Ten overstaan van Hermen Ramakers, voorzittend schepen in de plaats van de [aanwezige] scholtis, Cornelis van Keeken en Jochem op den Camp, schepenen van de heerlijkheid Swalmen en Asselt, draagt Johan Jurgen Kijeser, gerechtsbode aldaar, krachtens toestemming heden op hem verleend, een obligatie groot 50 pattacons zoals bij openbare executoriale verkoop d.d. 4 en 5 oktober 1757 ten laste van de eerwaarde heer Le Jeune, vicarius van de kathedraal, op de laatste zitdag verbleven aan de echtelieden Coen Smeets en Bertien Hansen bij gebrek aan andere bieders, voor een gelijk bedrag van 50 pattacons over aan Carolus Egidius Henderickx c.s. Het bedrag is in handen gesteld van de secretaris aldaar tot betaling van de kosten gerezen in het vonnis d.d. 18 januari 1757 uitgesproken tegen de voornoemde vicarius en de kosten van de openbare verkoop. De scholtis wordt namens zijn ouders in de obligatie geërfd.

    Ten overstaan van Nicolaes Joseph Henderickx, scholtis, Cornelis van Keken en Joannes Mewessen, schepenen van de heerlijkheid Swalmen en Asselt, bekent Jurgen Kyesers, als gevolmachtigde aan toonder namens Coen Smeedts en Bertien Hansen krachtens akte d.d. 1 februari 1760, dat zij een bedrag van 50 gulden Roermonds tegen een jaarlijkse rente van 4% eerstmaal te betalen op 3 februari 1761 [sic] en met een opzegtermijn van een half jaar, hebben opgenomen van C.E. Hendrickx en diens echtgenote met als onderpand hun huis en moeshof achter de Moethagen aan het Haembroeck gelegen met het daarbij gelegen land, samen groot ongeveer 2 morgen, tussen het Haembroeck en de gemeente, met de korte zijden grenzend aan de gemeente en de Moethagenswegh. De schepen Willem Heijnen wordt namens het echtpaar Hendrickx in de onderpanden geërfd.
    Dit huis is in eerder akten vermeld op 2-6-1693 (Overdracht door erfgenamen van Handerick Daemen aan Aret Hanssen en Sophia Rutten), 9-9-1699 (huis in bezit van Areth Hanssen en Sophia Rutten) en 13-3-1708 (huis in bezit van Areth Hanssen).
