Zij legateert aan Cornelia van Vianen, getrouwd met Cornelis Blonk, dochter van Cornelis Teunis van Vianen, een huisje, erf en schuur op de zuidwijde van Benschop bij den Dam, waar Aeltje nu woont. Voorwaarde dat Cornelia aan de erfgenamen een bedrag van 200 gld. uitkeert en 100 gld aan Helena Boef. Haar erfgenamen zijn: Aefje Teunis Boer, weduwe van Jan Corn.s Lammen; Rigje (Rusje) Teunis Boer, getrouwd met Jan Hermense Schinckel; Trijntje Teunis Boer, weduwe van Hendrik Grovens; Arent Teunisse Boer; Adam Teunisse Boer, Andries Teunisse Boer; de kinderen van Eerst Teunisse Boer.
