Toeziend voogd is Johannes Copheijn. Beide wonen te Leiden. De voogden zijn accoord over de moederlijke nalatenschap ten behoeve van de kinderen. Johannes belooft zijn kinderen op te voeden, te onderhouden etc. Bij mondigheid of huwelijk krijgen de kinderen 500 gld. uitgekeerd. Johannes houdt de roerende en onroerende goederen.

In de collectie van het Rijksmuseum bevindt zich een wijnglas uit 1752 op het 25-jarig huwelijk van Jan Esbeek en Anna de Haas: Wijnglas van helder, kleurloos glas. Op conische voet. De balustervormige stam met twee samengestelde knoppen, drie knoppen en twee banden met luchtbellen. De trechtervormige kelk heeft een afgeronde bodem. Op de kelk, tussen rocailles met bloemtakken en bladranken, boven een fontijn met een waterspuwend kind en voor een gekroond anker met twee tortelduiven, grijpen twee handen in elkaar die voortkomen uit wolken onder een stralende zon en een brandend hart. Op de andere zijde van het glas het opschrift: TER GEDAGTENIS // VAN DE // 25 IAARIGE // TROUWDAG // VAN // IAN ESBEEK // EN // ANNA DE HAAS // GEVIERD // 4 DECEMBER // 1752.
