Himdyk 5 Buwalda-Stapert Jonkershuizen Stem 27 Huis 102 Hemdijk 5 (Buwalda Stapert).
Van oudsher woonden er de adellijke families Bualda. Uit onderzoek bleek dat in het begin van de zestiende eeuw (1543) op stem 27 woonde Sibolt Foekez te Bualda. Deze trouwde met Jayts Haersma, zij behoorden beiden tot de edelen. Zij werden in 1546 opgevolgd door hun zoon Tyaerdt Sybolts te Bualda deze trouwde met Syurdtke Wiblerts Rispens. Hun zoon Ulbe Tiaerts van Buwalda, trouwt 1.met NN.Lieuckema, 2 met Bauck Hanses Stapert. Deze wonen in 1570 op stem 27.

Dijkgraaf en mederechter van Wonseradeel Binnendijks. In Tjerkwerd is in de 20e eeuw een halve grafzerk gevonden met het opschrift: "... sterft Ulbe van Buwalda/Dijkgra... met een wapen waarop de dubbele adelaar voorkwam. Hij woonde in 1578 op stem 27 te Tjerkwerd. Hij was in 1596 voogd over Ids Idsz. Albada.
Zijn naam staat ook op de klok van Tjerkwerd, die uit 1604 dateert.
Zijn grafsteen werd later gebruikt als ondergrond voor een urinoir (....). Later had de plaatselijke timmerman deze als stoep gebruikt. Johannes Gerardus Buwalda heeft deze steen later overgenomen en verplaatst naar Monnickendam bij zijn huis (spookhuis, bij de poel). Hij moest als tegenprestatie deze stoep vol beton gieten. Zijn zoon heeft deze ook nog enige tijd bij zijn huis gehad en sinds ongeveer 2007 heeft kleinzoon Sierck Buwalda deze bij zijn woning als stoep in gebruik.
