Volgens de rekening die de weduwe van Willem Moens, in zijn leven rentmeester van het Capittel van St Marie op het Hof te 's Gravenhage, overlevert aan de rentmeester Joost van Leeuwen, is Vranck Oliviers, in plaats van Joris Willemsz, over het jaar 1572 van de pacht van 5 morgen buitendijks, nog 16 pond verschuldigd, welk bedrag reeds blijkt te zijn voldaan.

 

Op 20 maart 1578 oorkonden Jacob Pietersz en Sijmond Hendricksz, schepenen te Maeslandt, Corstiaen Pietersz en Jan Huijgensz, schepenen te De Lier, dat Gerrit Jansz van Schipluiden, mede als voogd over de weeskinderen van wijlen Adriaen Claesz in Rijwijckerhouck, Querijntgen Jansdochter gehuwd met Vranck Oliviersz, Jopgen Jansdochter gehuwd met Cornelis Gorisz, en Maritgen Jansdochter gehuwd met Blaserus Jorisz, als erfgenamen van hun moeder Aeltgen Dircxdochter, verkopen aan Hendrick Aemsz van der Burch de helft van een woning met huis, bijhuis, berg en geboomte en van 9 morgen eigen land in Borgersdijck in de jurisdictie van Maeslant en van de Lier, volgens de oude brief dd 20 september 1553 gepasseerd door Cors Jacobsz ten behoeve van Jan Jansz Mijnheer. Bezegeld door Leendert Philipsz, baljuw en schout van de Lijer. Op 28 juni 1579 verkopen Vranck Oliviers voor de ene helft en Joris en Willem Corneliszonen als mannen en voogden van hun huisvrouwen voor de andere helft samen met Job Claesz Snijer, een huis en erf in Naaldwijk, noord Claes Ariens metselaar, west Cornelis van Reijnegom, zuid Arent Gerritsz, oost 's Herenstraat. Voor Vranck is Philip Anthonisz waarborg, voor de kopers Cornelis Aertsz Ketelaer.
