Notes about Wilhelmina (Maria) "Maria" Knijf

In de geboorteakte van Johannis Hermanus Knijf staat:
"dat op den vierentwintigsten dezer des voormiddags ten halfelf ure, in het huis staande in de Kleine Houtstraat Wijk 3, No 247 is geboren een kind van het mannelijk geslacht uit: Wilhelmina Knijf, oud vierentwintig jaren, dienstbode, wonende in de Hagestraat, en dat de bewoner van bovenvermeld huis deze aangifte niet heeft kunnen doen, omdat hij Albertus Hamer, door ziekte, daartoe verhinderd is ..."

De aangifte wordt gedaan door de vroedvrouw, Maria Elisabeth Hos, geboren Immer (56jr).

Hendrik Lodde was in 1843 knegt in het gasthuis.

Wilhelmina zou geboren moeten zijn tussen 27 jan 1842 en 22 mei 1842.

Op 2 feb 1871 wordt Geertruida Berendina van Breemen geboren "in het huis staande in de Kleine Houtstraat Wijk 3, No 247 ...". Dit is hetzelfde huis als waar Wilhelmina Knijf verbleef in 1867 bij de geboorte van Johannis Hermanus Knijf (later Wisker).

Het bovenbedoelde adres was het Elisabeth Gasthuis, gezien de getuigen die allebei ziekenoppasser (broeders) zijn, is dat dus een hospitaal in Haarlem. Dit bestond al in de 16e eeuw (tot 1971)
De 'vader' van dit gasthuis was Albertus Hamer.
