(Voorheen was het huis van Cornelis Pronk of Prink).
Register no. 1306 d.d. 30-03-1828. Contract Koopland. Klaas Dobber beroep melkverkoper te Amsterdam op de Noordermarkt wijk 50 no. 10 verkoper aan Klaas Cornelis Wals landman wonende in de Ilp gem. Ilpendam koper van 3 stukken land in de Ilp gem. Ilpendam in het 15de weer no. 76 en 16de weer no. 11 en 26 samen groot 3 bunders 60 Roeden voor f300,00. aan de verkoper opgekomen uit de boedel en nalatenschap van Lijsje Heinsz weduwe Cornelis Dobber in het jaar 1809 te Landsmeer overleden.
Klaas Dobber was in 1811 en 1812 melkverkoper in Zunderdorp en in 1817 was hij melkverkoper in Nieuwendam. In 1822 was zijn beroep "boerebedrijf" in Zunderdorp en in 1824 "huisman" in Nieuwendam.
Bij de geboorteaangifte van Grietje was hij melkslijter in Amsterdam, Noordermarkt 10. Op 09-08-1831 deed hij aangifte van het overlijden van zijn zuster Grietje. Toen had hij een "boerebedrijf" in Landsmeer.
Bij het huwelijk van Dirkje was Klaas landman en woonde met zijn vrouw in Landsmeer. Volgens het bevolkingsregister van Amsterdam woonde hij vanaf 1845 in Amsterdam, Lindenstraat 84, samen met zijn vrouw en de kinderen Klaasje en Jaapje, die naaister ware
n. Klaas staat vermeld als melkslijter. Overigens waren op dat adres de voorkamer, de achterkamer, de bovenvoorkamer en de bovenachterkamer door andere gezinnen bewoond. Hij testeert voor notaris Johannes Gerardus Pouw te Amsterdam op 22-09-1853. Op 07-05-1855 vestigden Klaas Dobber, Jantje Apeldoorn en hun dochter Jaapje
zich vanuit Amsterdam in Buiksloot, allen zonder beroep. Daar overleed Jantje Apeldoorn op 16-04-1859. Op 01-05-1860 vestigde Klaas zich met zijn dochter Jaapje weer in Landsmeer bij zijn dochter Grietje. Jaapje verhuisde 13-11-1869 naar Oostzaan.@
