ORA 3661 akte 60, archief Purmerend, d.d. 22-10-1797. Maartje Dobber, verlaten huisvrouw van Cornelis van der Deuren, alsmede Gerrit Swaalve en Jacob van der Haar, als door schepenen op 07-10-1797 aangewezen als beheerders van de gemeene boedel van genoemd echtpaar. Zij geven procuratie aan Dirk van der Deuren uit Scharwoude om publiek te verkopen: Een huis en erf op de Beets aan de Ringsloot met een fruittuin beplant met aalbessen.
