Henri van Borren, hoedenmaker, en zijn vrouw Elisabeth Schommers + Elisabeth van Borren, koopvrouw, weduwe van Pierre Rutten, waar nodig bijgestaan door Paul Hanschoel, deurwaarder, die zij voor deze kwestie tot haar gemachtigde heeft benoemd + François Luyten, kuiper, en zijn echtgenote Cornelie van Borren, beide genoemde dames gemachtigd door hun respectieve echtgenoten + Aldegonde Maessen, weduwe van Julien van Borren, koperslager, en hun twee minderjarige kinderen Henry en Clara van Borren, geautoriseerd door het gerecht van eerste aanleg zetelend in Roermond krachtens vergunning van 04-11-1803 vertegenwoordigd door hun voogden Jean Evers, herbergier en Michel Maessen, kuiper, alle vermelde personen wonende te Roermond, laten verkopen in het openbaar een huis met aan- en bijbouwen gelegen aan de straat geheten 'Agter de Leuve' (nu: Luifelstraat, TvB), belendend aan de burger Eckmuller en aan de andere kant aan de Koolstraet (Koolstraat). Er worden 9 verkoopbepalingen vermeld. De enige minder-gebruikelijke bepaling is, dat de kopers het huis pas veel later kunnen betrekken, namelijk op 01-04-1804. De verkoop vindt plaats in het huis van Pierre Evers, herbergier te Roermond. De enige biedster is Marie Agnes Specken, koopvrouw, ongehuwd, wonende te Roermond, zij biedt 1600 franc. Voor die prijs verkrijgt Marie Agnes Specken het huis (excl. de verkoopkosten van 10%!). De akte is gepasseerd in het bijzijn van de getuigen Henri Bongaerts, herbergier, en Antoine Ravaux, beiden wonende te Roermond.
