Notes about Cornelis VROLIKHERT

Cornelis Vrolijkhert , zoon van Cornelis Vrolykhert en Johanna Broens, werd als proponent predikant aan de Groote Lindt (1702), vervolgens te Zutphen (1706), en eindelijk (1719) te Dordrecht, waar hij den 28 Maart 1739 op den predikstoel stierf. Hij gaf in 1730 twee godgeleerde verhandelingen over het werk, verbond, de toerekening van Christus dadelijke gehoorzaamheid, en den aard van het weten des geloofs, 't welk hij in zijn aard en wezen beschreven vond in den Heidelbergschen Catechismus. Ook zijn er, doch niet onder zijn naam, predikatien in zijne proponentenjaren opgesteld, in druk. Hij is tweemaal gehuwd, met Anna Ghijs, die hem geen kinderen schonk en met Walburg Kaezenbrood, bij welke hij verwekte Cornelis en Godewardus.
