De heilige Adela (Normandië, circa 1062 - Marcigny-sur-Loire, 8 maart 1137), ook bekend als Adela van Engeland en Adela van Normandië was de jongste dochter van Willem de Veroveraar en huwde in 1081 met Stefanus II van Blois (Hendrik 'de Wijze'). Zij betoonde zich zeer edelmoedig voor abdijen en kerken. Zij was de moeder van:

Hendrik (100-1171), bisschop van Winchester,
Odo
Mathildis (-1120), in 1115 gehuwd met Rihard van Avranches, graaf van Chester,
Adela, in 1112 gehuwd met Miles van Montlhery, burggraaf van Troyes (-1118),
Eleonora, gehuwd met graaf Roland I van Vermandois (-1152)
Agnes, gehuwd met Hugo III van Puiset (-1132)
Theobald IV (-1152)
Willem I van Sully.
Ze werd na haar dood begraven in Caen. Haar feestdag is op 24 februari.
