Margaretha van Beieren, ook wel Margaretha van Holland en Henegouwen of Margriet van Beieren genoemd (1311 - 23 juni 1356) was gravin van Holland en Zeeland (1345-1354) en Henegouwen (1345-1356).

Zij was een dochter van Willem III van Holland en Johanna van Valois. Ze trouwde op 26 februari 1324 in Keulen met de Duitse Keizer Lodewijk de Beier.

Margaretha werd gravin nadat haar broer Willem IV kinderloos sneuvelde in de Slag bij Warns. Margaretha's tweede zoon, de latere graaf Willem V, was de rechtmatige troonopvolger, maar was nog te jong.

Tussen aanhangers van Margaretha en aanhangers van Willem V braken in 1349 conflicten uit, die de geschiedenis in zouden gaan als de Hoekse en Kabeljauwse twisten. De eerste slagen werden in het voordeel van de aanhangers van Willem V beslist, waarna Margaretha in 1354 afstand deed van haar macht in Holland en Zeeland. Na haar overlijden erfde Willem V ook Henegouwen.
