Leendert Pietersz. (de) Geus was kerkmeester te Maasdam in 1738.
Hij pacht vanaf 13 november 1739 van de diakonie 2 morgen 500 roe land in de heilige geestblokken voor fl. 43,- / jaar.
Leendert wordt als universeel erfgenaam genoemd in het testament van zijn broer Jan, behoudens kleine legaten voor de 3 kinderen van zijn broer Bastiaan.
Leendert Pieters de Geus en Lena Jacobsd. Kuijsmuijs maken op 20 februari 1737 een testament voor notaris Jasper van Vliedt te Puttershoek, hij is gezond, zij is ziek. Zijn broers Jan en Bastiaan worden tot voogden benoemd. Verder benoemen zij elkaar tot erfgenamen. Zij zijn niet boven de 2000 gulden gegoed.
