John Thomas "J.T." Orr, age 32, born April 28, 1979, passed away July 27, 2011. He leaves behind his loving wife Charlene daughter Tahni, son Sage, parents are Tom and Joan Orr, brother Stewart Geoghagan (Anita), sister Teresa Powers (Richard) nephews David, Timothy, Michael, William, nieces Rachel, Emily, Noel, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Eagles View Academy, 7788 Ramona Blvd.W. Jax, Fl. 32221.
Memorial Service will be at 10:00 am Monday August 1, 2011, with Rev Frank Ciresi officiating, at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL. 32073. The family will received friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, July 31, 2011 at the funeral home.
