Juliana van Nassau (Dillenburg, 10 augustus 1546 - ?, 31 augustus 1588) was een jongere zuster van prins Willem I van Oranje-Nassau.

Juliana was het twaalfde kind van graaf Willem de Rijke en het tiende van Juliana van Stolberg, de tweede vrouw van Willem. Zij was voor haar eerste huwelijk verloofd geweest met Frederik II, de koning van Denemarken. Op 14 juni 1575 trouwt zij met Albrecht VII van Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, met wie zij de volgende kinderen kreeg:
