RAL-LvO 1760, 28r: Op 30 september 1763 verkocht Peter Crijns, inwoner van Hoensbroek en gehuwd met Anna Maria Vaessen, aan Anna Roex, weduwe van Christiaen Crijns, 21 1/4 kleine roeden huis met stallen en moestuin, genaamd de Pommer en gelegen te Hellebroek onder Nuth, grenzend aan de koopster, de weg en Jacobus Wolters, welk pand de verkoper voorheen van zijn moeder, de weduwe Peter Crijns, verworven had. De vraagprijs bedroeg 12 pattacons, inbegrepen een erfpacht van negen koppen rogge aan de Armen van Wijnandsrade.
RAL-LvO 1760, 61r: 20 december 1765 vermeld met kinderen.
