Catharina, gedoopt op 14 april 1722 te Nuth (getuige(n): Paulus Meijs, Irmgardis Quaedtackers), overleden op 14 december 1768 te Nuth op 46-jarige leeftijd, begraven op 16 december 1768 te Nuth.Gehuwd voor de kerk op 33-jarige leeftijd op 24 juni 1755 te Nuth met Godefridus NICOLAI, 33 jaar oud, gedoopt op 31 oktober 1721 te Nuth (getuige(n): Jacobus Rameckers van Hunnecum namens Jacobus Rameckers van Vaesrade, Ida Brants namens Mechtild Hermens), overleden op 18 augustus 1799 te Nierhoven-Nuth op 77-jarige leeftijd, begraven op 20 augustus 1799 te Nuth. Zoon van Nicolaus NICOLAI en Cornelia HORSTMANS.
RAL-LvO 1764, 151: Op 11 april 1791 leende Geurt Nicolai, inwoner van Nierhoven onder Nuth, weduwnaar Catharina Leunissen, bijgestaan door zijn kinderen Paulus, Nicolaes en Maria Agnes Nicolai, 450 gulden tegen 5% van het Kruisherenklooster te Maastricht. Hij borgde daartoe met:
a) 45 kleine roeden huis met huisweide te Grijzegrubben, grenzend aan Leonardus Curfs, Joannes Slangen, Servaes Bemelmans en de dorpstraat;
b) 37 kleine roeden akkerland aan de Wenaers, grenzend aan Leonaerd Maes, Andreas Kessels, Paulus Horstmans en de Wijenweg;
c) 90 kleine roeden akkerland op de Gijsberg, grenzend aan Nicolaes Cordeweners, Caspar Frijns en de Wijenweg;
d) 70 kleine roeden akkerland aan de Wijenweg, grenzend aan Dirck Meulenbergh, Jacobus Souren, Servaes Bemelmans en de Wijenweg.
