J. Burgers & Co., waarvan alleen laatstgenoemde de teekening zal hebben enz. De vennootschap zal gevestigd zijn te Amsterdam en is aangegaan voor de tijd van zeven achtereenvolgende jaren, aanvang nemende 1 mei eerstkomende en mitsdien zullende eindigen op 30 april 1890.
