volgens de boedelverdeling van zijn vader zal hij hebben: `een hoecht lants metten griendt gelegen int Recht van der Leede aen den Kerckwech; nog een werff met eenen griendt gelegen up Leerbroeck dair Peter Korssten ende den pastory van Leerbroeck besijden naestgelant sijn; noch een camp lants van 1 mergen gelegen op Middelkoop binnen aendenwestzijde vanden weer lants (de 21 mergen); in het land van Jan Jacobs mag Sebastiaen 1 mergen pleggen inde oostensijde van tselve weer lant tot binnen de weteringen; en noch 80 gulden contant'. Sebastiaen krijgt ook nog te zamen met Adriaen en Cornelis 325 Karolusgulden; en daarbij nog 20 Karolus gulden van Anthonis.
De natuurlijke broer Adriaen Claessen (bastaard) is in 1540 voogd over Sebastiaen totdat deze 20 jaar oud is. Hij is dus geboren na 1520. Op 26 september 1593 blijkt Sebastiaen Claess 70 jaar oud te zijn, zodat hij in 1523 geboren is. Op 17 februari 1583 is Sebastiaen Claessen gezworene van Leerbroek. In 1598 leeft hij nog.
