Jan Claassen koopt Baukema in 1751 (beklemming van 81 grazen land:eigenaar de erven van Baron van Lintelo, voor F 5.087,-) 8 oktober 1771 verklaren Geeske Klaassen, Grietje Jans wed. van Luurt Claassen, weder getrouwd met Geert Jans Smit voor henzelfs en als erfgenamen van hun overleden zuster Trijntje Claassen dat zij 1751 aan hun broeder jan Claassen hunne mandelige plaats Boukema met de beklemming van 83 grazen, huur F 261,-, met inventaris hebben verkocht. 25 1772 Douar. Rengers van Farmsumverkoopt aan Jan Claassen de v.a.d.i.a.l. verervende beklemming van 88 grazen voor F 3.500,-. De vaste huur zal zijn F 300,-.
In 1785 verkopen de erven van Jan Klaassen aan Klaas Roelfs en Tjaake Tiejes ehelieden de plaats Baukema met de beklemming van 8...
