    Poncico Wouterse Hoogedoorn, oud dertig jaren, van beroep landbouwer, wonende alhier, die verklaarde, dat op den negen en twintigsten der maand juli dezes jaars, des middags ten twaalf ure, binnen deze gemeente in het huis wijk B nommer honderd twee en dertig is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, uit zijne echtgenoote Cornelia van Zelderen, zonder beroep, wonende te zijnen huize, welk kind zal genaamd worden: Neeltje.

    Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Goemans, oud negen en veertig jaren, van beroep wagenmaker, en van Dirk Willem Gesink, oud zeven en twintig jaren, van beroep smid, wonende beiden alhier.
    Na voorlezing is deze akte door ons onderteekend met de getuigen en de comparant.
