    Heden twaalf october negentienhonderd een en vijftig, heb ik, ambtenaar van de bugerlijken stand van Putten: ingeschreven een vanwege de Minister van Justitie schriftelijk gedane aangifte van overlijden, waaruit blijkt dat op drie mei negentienhonderd vijf en veertig te Wöbbelin in Duitsland is overleden:

    Mosterd, Klaas, geboren; zeven januari negentienhonderd vijf en twintig te Putten, wonende te Putten, zoon van: Mosterd, Barend en: Lubbersen, Maria.

    Ligt begraven op de begraafplaats in Ludwigslust, Duitsland.
    Oorzaak: dysenterie door ondervoeding

Klaas Mosterd werd tijdens de razzia op 02-10-1944 te Putten, (GD) gearresteerd door de Wehrmacht / SD / SS.
Hij is nog dezelfde dag over gebracht naar het concentratiekamp, (Polizeiliches Durchgangslager) te Amersfoort, (UT)
Op 11-10-1944 is hij per trein op transport gezet naar het concentratiekamp Neuengamme, waar hij op 14-10-1944 is aangekomen.
Tussen 12-02-1945 en 02-05-1945 is Klaas Mosterd over geplaatst naar het tijdelijke subkamp van Neuengamme Wöbbelin in Ludwiglust.
De bevrijding van Neuengamme en Wöbbelin was op 02-05-1945, Klaas Mosterd is daar op 03-05-1945 aan dysenterie overleden.
