    Gerrit Boeschoten, van beroep logementhouder, oud zes en veertig jaren, wonende te Ankeveen welke ons heeft verklaard, dat op den tienden december dezes jaars, des voormiddags ten elf ure, in het huis staande te Ankeveen nummer negen, is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, uit Catharina Wilhelmina Neef, zijne echtgenoote, van beroep, zonder, wonende te Ankeveen in boven gemeld huisnummer, welk kind zal genaamd worden Catharina Wilhelmina.

    Zijnde deze inschrijving gedaan op aangifte van den vader.
    Van welke verklaring wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt in tegenwoordigheid van Johannes de Lange, van beroep herbergier, oud een en dertig jaren, wonende te Ankeveen, en van Pieter den Hollander, van beroep veldwachter, oud vier en zestig jaren, wonende mede te Ankeveen en is deze akte na voorlezing door ons, den vader en de getuigen onderteekend.
