In 1832 staat Trientje Onnes Vennema, weduwe van Jakob Derks Knol, ingeschreven met 55.78 ha en 11.30 ha kwelder. Die kwelder grond wordt in 1836 verkocht aan Klaas Harms Wijk en zijn vrouw Grietje Meertens Sijbolts, de buren op de zuidwestelijke boerderij van "Ernstheem" (nu de Eenrumerweg 52 te Winsum).
18-2-1837: Voor Notaris Mr. H.H. Brongers te Winsum scheiden Trienje Onnes Vennema, Eike Jacobs Knol, Derk Jacobs Knol, Frouke Jacobs Knol, Onne Jacobs Knol, Trientje Jacobs Knol, Enje Jacobs Knol en de vijf kinderen van wijlen Edze Jacobs Knol: Onne Edzes, Eilke Edzes, Jacob Edzes, Frouke Edzes & Trienje Edzes de nalatenschap van wijlen Jacob Derks Knol.
De boerderij op Enstheem (nu de Eenrumerweg 51 te Winsum), met 55.78 ha grond, wordt voor f 16.225 toegescheiden aan Enje Jacobs Knol en zijn zusters Eike Jacobs Knol en Trientje Jacobs Knol. Deze vermaken hun bezit achtereenvolgens aan elkaar.
