Leiden 1602, advocaat Hof van Holland te Delft 1605-, veertigraad van Delft 1618-1621, weesmeester 1619, 1620, raadsheer Hof van Holland 16211638, overl. 's-Gravenhage 20 maart of mei 1638, zoon van Pieter Willemsz. van der Meer en Maria van der Goes.
Hij huwde 1e 's-Gravenhage 21 september 1609 met Anna Duyck, uit 's-Gravenhage, begr. Delft 11 juni 1614, dochter van Mr. Adriaan Duyck, heer van Oudcarspel en in Koedijk, en Anna de Rechten. Hij huwde 2e Dordrecht 26 november 1624 met Maria van den Corput, geb. Dordrecht 31 oktober 1603, overl. Dordecht 2 november 1671, dochter van Johan Anthonysz. van den Corput en Maria Cornelisdr. Buyzen; zij hertr. Hillegorn 27 september 1648 met Carel Loten.
