Ook vragen zij na de 3 afkondigingen in de gesloten tijd van de advent te mogen trouwen, zodat de smaad en het gepraat van de mensen wordt weggenomen. Door nauwkeurig onderzoek weet de pastoor dat geen ander beletsel in de weg staat. Zij kunnen zich met hun moeders, die weduwen zijn, door hard werken voeding en kleding verschaffen. Het bijgevoegde schema komt met de waarheid overeen en is door hen en hun moeders ondertekend.
