In februari 1697 maken de voogden Cornelis Pieters Morsch en Jan Dirks IJpelaan de rekening op voor de kinderen van Pieter Cornelis Prins geteelt bij Anna Ariens IJpelaan voor de periode 1694-1697. Zij bezaten een huis en land in de Schermeer, die in vier jaar 500 gulden opbrengt.
Deze gegevens komen van Pieter Louter, zonder directe bronvermelding, vermoedelijk inv.nr. 99 Voogdijrekeningen 1696-1761.
