Jacob Jansz van Dobben, weduwnaar van Neeltje Sijmonsdr Schellingerhout, die eerder getrouwd was met Klaas Zijmonsz van Vliet, ter eenre en Gerrit Zijmonsz van Vliet en Bouwe Sijmonsz Schellingerhout als voogden over het onmondige kind van voorn. Claas Zijmonsz van Vliet en Neeltje Sijmonsdr Schellingerhout, genaamd Claas Claasz van Vliet, oud 14 jaar, ter andere zijde. Claas Zijmonsz van Vliet en Neeltje Sijmonsdr Schellingerhout maakten een mutueel testament voor Lourens Balbian, bepaald dat zoon Claas als erfportie van de eerst overledene 50 gulden zou ontvangen. Neeltje Schellingerhout kreeg in tweede huwelijk, met Van Dobben nog twee kinderen: Geertje Jacobsdr en Jan Jacobsz van Dobben. Laatst genoemd kind is kort na het overlijden van zijn moeder ook gestorven. Moeilijkheden rijzen rond het erfdeel waar de kinderen, Claas Claasz en Geertje Jacobsdr recht op zouden hebben. Tenslotte wordt overeengekomen dat vader Jacob van Dobben en dochtertje Geertje Jacobsdr in eigendom krijgen alle roerende en onroerende goederen. Jacob van Dobben zal uitkeren aan Claas Claasz van Vliet het bedrag van 50 gulden voorn. en als uitzet een bedrag van 100 gulden, mede als erfportie 265 gulden.
