De getuigen waren Willem Furber, ambtenaar, 64 jaar, wonende alhier en Hillebrand van der Horst, beambte, 61 jaar, wonende alhier. Overleden op zondag 11 juni 1961 te Arnhem.

Er waren dus geen ouders van haar bekend, aangezien zij te vondeling is gelegd.
