Aangevers:Maximiliaan Herman Schaafsma, administrateurvan het militair hospitaal te Semarang en Haijko Gerard Hendrik Benneman, officier van gezondheid der derde klasse.

24 feb. 1862 Bij bij het Afrik. Werfdepot vrijwillig geengageerd als soldaatvoor diensttijd van 12 jaren in te gaan met met de dag van inscheping naar zijne bestemming; 10 december 1863 geembarkeerd te St George d·Äô?? aan boord van het schip ??; 3 maart 1864 gedebarkeerd te Batavia en geplaatst bij het 1e bataljon Infanterie; 22 juli 1878 te Semarang afgegaan.
