The church records at this time list Isaac as Isaac Mumey. Henry migrated to Auglaize County, Ohio prior to 1860 and moved to Blue Creek Township in 1870. Henry and Elizabeth lived in Paulding County, Ohio for a time. They had three children. Henry served as Clerk of Blue Creek Township 1878-80. His business was farming and his address was Pleasant Point, Paulding County, Ohio. This information was taken from a book in the Paulding Library dated 1896. Henry moved after 1880 to Lake Charles, Louisiana and then to Port Arthur, Texas. At some time during this period, Henry changed his name to Mummey. April 23, 1938 newspaper obituary: Services for Henry M Mummey, 91, today was tentatively for Monday by Pipkin and Brulin. Mr Mummey died at the home of a daughter, Mrs Maude Smith, 950 Wiess Street, 6:00 PM Friday. He had been a resident of Beaumont for seven years. One other daughter, Mrs Minnie Laws, of Beaumont and a son C A Mummey of Houston survives.
